Activation of Windows 11 Pro + Office 2024 Pro Plus + Bitdefender Bundle

Purchasing a bundle containing Windows 11 Pro, Office 2024 Pro Plus, and Bitdefender means you receive 3 separate activation keys, and each product is activated differently. This is very important, as the Windows key will not work for Office, and the Bitdefender key must be activated through the Bitdefender Central account, not in the Windows system.

In this guide, we show you step by step how to properly activate each component of the bundle separately. The instructions have been prepared for pomoc.kluczesoft.pl customers and are designed to help you complete the process without errors.

What the Bundle Contains

The bundle includes three separate products:

  1. Windows 11 Pro
  2. Office 2024 Pro Plus
  3. Bitdefender

Each of these has a separate key assigned to it. Most often, you will receive:

  • 1 key to activate Windows 11 Pro
  • 1 key to activate Office 2024 Pro Plus
  • 1 code or key to activate Bitdefender

Each of these products must be activated separately, according to the appropriate method:

  • Windows 11 Pro: activation through slmgr
  • Office 2024 Pro Plus: activation through ospp.vbs
  • Bitdefender: activation through Bitdefender Central

Before You Begin

Before starting the activation process, ensure that:

  • your computer has an internet connection
  • the Windows 11 system is installed and functioning correctly
  • the Office 2024 Pro Plus package is already installed
  • you have all 3 keys ready
  • you enter the keys exactly as received, without additional spaces

It's a good practice to activate the products in this order:

  1. Windows 11 Pro
  2. Office 2024 Pro Plus
  3. Bitdefender

Activating Windows 11 Pro through slmgr

Activating the Windows 11 Pro system in this bundle is done using system commands. For this purpose, the slmgr mechanism is used, which is a tool for managing the Windows system license.

Step 1: Run the Command Prompt as Administrator

Click Start, type cmd, and then select:

Run as administrator

If the User Account Control question appears, click Yes.

Step 2: Enter the Product Key

In the open window, type the command:

slmgr /ipk YOUR-WINDOWS-KEY

Replace YOUR-WINDOWS-KEY with the received key for Windows 11 Pro.

Example:

slmgr /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

After confirming with the Enter key, the system should display a message about the successful installation of the key.

Step 3: Activate the System

Next, type:

slmgr /ato

This command starts the online activation.

If everything goes correctly, a confirmation message of system activation will appear.

Step 4: Check the Activation Status

To ensure that Windows has been activated, you can type:

slmgr /xpr

If the activation was successful, you will see information that the system is permanently activated or properly activated according to the license type.

Important Notes about Windows

  • the Windows key works exclusively for Windows 11 Pro
  • if you have a different edition installed, such as Home, the Pro key may not be accepted
  • activation requires an internet connection
  • commands must be run as an administrator

Activating Office 2024 Pro Plus using ospp.vbs

The Office 2024 Pro Plus package is activated separately. In this case, the ospp.vbs script is used, which is responsible for managing the Microsoft Office license.

Step 1: Close all Office programs

Before starting the activation, close:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Outlook
  • other Office package applications

This is important because open programs can hinder proper activation.

Step 2: Run the Command Prompt as an administrator

Just like when activating Windows, click Start, type cmd and select:

Run as administrator

Step 3: Go to the Office folder

Depending on the system version and Office installation, you usually need to go to one of the following directories:

For a 64-bit system and standard Office installation:

cd /d "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16"

If this folder does not exist, use:

cd /d "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16"

Note: even though it's about Office 2024, the activation folder is often still named Office16. This is normal.

Step 4: Enter the product key

After going to the correct folder, type:

cscript ospp.vbs /inpkey:YOUR-OFFICE-KEY

Replace YOUR-OFFICE-KEY with the received key for Office 2024 Pro Plus.

Example:

cscript ospp.vbs /inpkey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

After a moment, a message confirming the installation of the key should appear.

Step 5: Run the activation

Then, type:

cscript ospp.vbs /act

The system will try to connect to the activation server and activate the Office package.

Step 6: Check the license status

To check if Office has been activated, type:

cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus

In the displayed information, look for the license status confirming activation.

Important notes about Office

  • the Office key only works for Office 2024 Pro Plus
  • do not enter the Office key in the Windows activation settings
  • if the command does not work, the most common reason is an incorrect path to the Office folder
  • perform the activation in the Command Prompt run as administrator

Activating Bitdefender through Bitdefender Central

Bitdefender is activated differently than Windows and Office. In this case, system commands are not used. The key must be assigned to the user account in the Bitdefender Central panel.

Step 1: Go to the Bitdefender Central website

Open a browser and go to the panel:

https://central.bitdefender.com

Step 2: Log in or create an account

If you already have a Bitdefender Central account, log in.

If you don't have an account yet, choose the registration option and create a new account using your email address. It's a good idea to save your login details, as they will be needed to manage your subscription and devices.

Step 3: Add the activation code

After logging in, find the section related to subscription or code activation. Choose the option:

  • Activate subscription
  • or Enter code
  • or similar, depending on the version of the panel

Then enter the received key or Bitdefender code and confirm.

Step 4: Confirm subscription activation

After accepting the code, the product should be assigned to your Bitdefender Central account. From this moment on, the subscription is active and ready to use.

Step 5: Download and install Bitdefender

If the program is not yet installed on your computer, in the Bitdefender Central panel, choose the option to install protection on the device. Then download the installer and run it according to the on-screen instructions.

Step 6: Connect the device to the account

After installation, Bitdefender will automatically connect the device to the active subscription assigned to your account.

Important notes about Bitdefender

  • the Bitdefender key is activated in Bitdefender Central, not in the Windows system
  • a user account is required for activation
  • one subscription may have a specific limit of devices or protection time, according to the purchased version
  • if the code does not work, make sure you are entering the correct key for Bitdefender, not for Windows or Office

Most common errors during activation

The most common problems are:

  • confusing keys between products
  • trying to activate Office with a Windows key
  • trying to activate Bitdefender through cmd
  • running the Command Prompt without administrator privileges
  • entering the key with an error or extra space
  • installing the wrong version of the product, for example, Windows Home instead of Pro

That's why it's best to activate each element of the set separately and carefully check which key you are using at each stage.
