This is not a "one PC" license, but a family subscription assigned to the Microsoft accounts of individual users.
3. Is Microsoft 365 Family a perpetual license?
No. Microsoft 365 Family is a time-limited subscription, usually for 12 months. After the subscription period ends, the applications do not disappear from the computer, but they switch to limited functionality mode until the subscription is renewed. If you are looking for a license without renewal, you may be more interested in Office 2024, which is a one-time purchase, not Microsoft 365.
4. Can I transfer the subscription to another Microsoft account?
