How to Transfer a Windows Licence to a New Computer
Klucze Retail (such as those sold by KluczeSoft) can be transferred to another computer. Klucze OEM are tied to the motherboard.
Step 1: Deactivate on the Old Computer
Open Command Prompt as Administrator and type:
slmgr /upk
This will remove the product key from the current installation.
Then, clear the registry:
slmgr /cpky
Step 2: Activate on the New Computer
On the new computer:
- Settings → System → Activation → Change product key
- Enter the key from the email from KluczeSoft
- Click Activate
Step 3: If Online Activation Does Not Work
Use phone activation:

Call the displayed number, provide the installation ID, and enter the confirmation ID.

FAQ
How many times can I transfer the licence? There is no limit — you can transfer the Retail key any number of times, as long as it is active on one computer at a time.
Do I need to deactivate before transferring? Technically, no — but Microsoft may require phone activation if the key is still active on the old device.
