When to use Business Standard? When you need business email with your own domain, SharePoint for sharing company files, or Teams for meetings with recording.
Step 1: Activate the key
KluczeSoft provides a 12-month activation key for 1 user.
- Go to setup.office.com
- Log in with your Microsoft account (or create a new one)
- Enter the 25-character key from KluczeSoft
- Click Next → Confirm
- Subscription added for 12 months
Step 2: Connect your own domain (optional)
If you have your own domain (e.g. yourcompany.pl):
- Log in to admin.microsoft.com
- Settings → Domains → Add domain
- Enter the domain name
- Microsoft will give you a TXT record for verification — add it to your domain registrar's DNS panel
- After verification, add MX (email) and CNAME (autodiscover) records
- Now you can create email addresses with your own domain
Don't have a domain? That's not a problem — Microsoft will assign an address like [email protected]. You can add a domain later.
Step 3: Add users
- admin.microsoft.com → Users → Active users → Add user
- Enter the first name, last name, and email address (with your domain)
- Assign the Microsoft 365 Business Standard license
- Provide a temporary password to the employee
Step 4: Install applications
- Each user logs in to office.com with their company account
- Click Install applications → Microsoft 365 Apps
- Run the downloaded file → installation 5-15 minutes
- After installation, log in to Word/Outlook with your company account
Step 5: Configure services
Outlook (business email)
Run Outlook → enter your company email address → Outlook will configure Exchange automatically
Teams
Download Teams from teams.microsoft.com → log in with your company account → create channels and meetings
SharePoint
admin.microsoft.com → SharePoint → create a team site → invite employees
OneDrive
Each user has 1 TB — click the cloud icon → log in → synchronise files

Troubleshooting
DNS not working / mail not arriving
DNS records need up to 48h to propagate. Check the correctness of MX and TXT records in the registrar's panel.
"Key has already been used"
Check admin.microsoft.com → Subscriptions. If you haven't activated it — [email protected].
User cannot install Office
Check if they have a licence assigned: admin.microsoft.com → Users → Licences.
