Download ODT from the Microsoft website, create configuration.xml:

Installation
Place setup.exe and configuration.xml in one folder. Run CMD as administrator:
setup.exe /configure configuration.xml
Click-to-Run will download and install automatically. Close all Office applications before installation. Ensure consistent architecture with existing Office.
Activation with Product Key
Method 1: GUI
File → Account → Change product key — enter the key, confirm.
Method 2: Command Line
cd "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16"
cscript ospp.vbs /inpkey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
cscript ospp.vbs /act
For 32-bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16.
Method 3: Phone Activation
00 800 121 1654 — prepare the key and installation ID.
Verification
cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus
Displays the product name, last 5 characters of the key, and license status.
Troubleshooting
1. Conflict with Another Office/Project Version
Uninstall the older Project or MSI package causing the conflict. Ensure consistent 32/64-bit architecture.
2. setup.exe /configure Not Working
Check if setup.exe and configuration.xml are in the same folder. Verify XML syntax. Run CMD as administrator.
3. Online Activation Error
Check internet, disable VPN/proxy, restart. Phone activation: 00 800 121 1654.
4. ospp.vbs Not Recognized
Go to the Office16 folder — check both paths (Program Files and Program Files x86).
5. Incorrect Key
Ensure edition compatibility (Standard vs Professional). Re-enter the key, copying from the KluczeSoft email.
6. Reduced Functionality Mode After Installation
Run cscript ospp.vbs /act, check cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus.
7. Problem After Hardware Change
Try online activation again or phone activation at 00 800 121 1654.
