Installation via Graphical Interface

Troubleshooting

1. Error: invalid product key

4. Error: ospp.vbs not found

Possible causes:

• entering the wrong directory
• different installation architecture than assumed

• check the Office15 folder
• verify both paths:

In the case of antivirus products, activation usually takes place through the manufacturer's website, not through slmgr.vbs or ospp.vbs.
In the case of CAL, the client receives a license document, as CAL is not installed software like a classic program.
